Spring 2016 MUS Information
  • MUS Registration Checklist
  • Forms (turn in at first event attended)
  • Fees: 
    • $60 per player to play in Spring League.
    • $40 for jerseys (players must have matching jerseys only if they participate in Regionals).
      • Players will receive have a white and a dark jersey to wear at games (cost subsidised by club fundraising).
    • $34.50 USA Ultimate youth membership required to play in spring league and tournaments (register online).
  • Practices:
    • In general, practice is held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (except on game days) 3:30-5:30.
    • Captain's Practices are sometimes held Mondays and/or Fridays.
    • See the Facebook group daily for the latest information on practice times and locations.
    • Primary: Minikahda Vista Park: W. 39th St. & Inglewood Ave S., St Louis Park MN 55416
    • Secondary: Armatage Park: 2500 W 57th St., Minneapolis, MN 55410
      (Note: Armatage Park is only used when we are not allowed at Minikahda Vista early in the season or due to poor field conditions.)
  • Spring Season​ Games
    • The high school ultimate season starts around the end of March and runs through May (culminating with the state tournament in June).  The spring 2016 schedule has not been set yet.
    • Games are generally held on Tues. (girls) and/or Thurs. (boys) at a variety of parks in the area (see below).  You can check the game schedule here:  however, rescheduled games won't be posted timely there. So watch e-mail and Facebook.
  • Tournaments:
    • Apr. 29-May 1, Madison Mudbath
    • May 7-8, Hopkins Hustle
    • June 4-5, State (2 games on Saturday, and 4 on Sunday)
  • Fundraising
    • Sat., Mar. 19, BIG Fundraiser (coupon sales)
    • Sat., Apr. 9, BIG Fundraiser (coupon sales)
  • Communication
    • Tracking player information and communication is done primarily through TeamSnap.
      • Make sure you can login, verify your information (phone number, email address, jersey number, gender, etc.).  
      • Add your parents and their email addresses and then click to allow shared access and send them an invitation so they can log in and get the information too.  
      • Log in from your computer and choose to receive email or text notifications (and read them when they come).
      • You can download the mobile app for easy access to team information and receive push notifications.  
      • Be sure to mark your availability for games and events in TeamSnap.
    • Late breaking information will be posted on the Facebook page; check it daily for practice and game details.
