AP Registration 

Starts October 1, 2019 and Ends October 31, 2019

Where? Online link AP Registration (grades 9 - 12)

Registration Dates: 

October 1 - October 31st. A $5.00 late fee per exam will be charged for any registration after October 31st until November 10th. You may not register for an IB exam after November 10th. For AP exams a $40.00 late fee per exam will be charged after November 10th until March 

EXAM DRAFT SCHEDULE 

Cost: 

$55.00 per exam  (free and reduced lunch eligibility or financial need waivers are available when you register for the exam)

Late Fees: 

  • There will be a $5.00 late fee per exam ordered after Friday, November 1, 2019. 
  • There is a $40.00 late fee per exam ordered or cancelled after Sunday, November 10, 2019.
  • The last day to order an exam with the $40.00 late fee is Friday, March 1, 2020 at 11:59 pm. 

Free and reduced lunch eligibility waivers or financial need requests do not cover late fees incurred by ordering late or cancelling an exam. Students who do not sit for an exam they ordered will be charged a $70.00 fee per exam missed.

Before we can order AP exams all students must also "enroll" their AP exams with the College Board. At the end of this registration process, you will be provided with information and a link to complete their enrollment process. Please complete this final step right after registering to guarantee your AP exam(s) will be ordered.

What AP exams do I take*? 

Grades 9 - 10

  • 9th Grade students are eligible to take the AP Human Geography exam
  • 10th grade students are eligible to take the AP United States History Exam 

* If your student is currently in an AP Course such as AP Statistics please register your student for these additional exams. 

Grades 11 - 12

Students in grades 11 - 12 should register for the appropriate AP exams based on the classes they are in. 

The following exams are recommended if the student is in IB HL Literature or IB AL/HL Language and Literature 

  • 11th Grade students are eligible to take the AP Language and Composition exam
  • 12th grade students are eligible to take the AP Literature and Composition exam

The following exam is recommended if the student is in IB HL Mathematics Year 2: 

  • AP Calculus BC 

The following exams are recommended if the student is in IB HL Physics

  • AP Physics 1: Algebra-Based - IB HL Physics Year 1 
  • AP Physics 2: Algebra-Based - IB HL Physics Year 2
  • AP Physics C: Mechanics - IB HL Physics Year 1 or Year 2 
  • AP Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism - IB HL Physics Year 2
