Players are welcome to join to play in the league or just come and play with us at practice!  Everyone is welcome. Please contact a captain if you're interested in joining -- or just show up at practice.

Spring Season Information
  • MÜS Registration Checklist & Instructions
  • Forms (required for all players)
  • Fees: 
    • Free to practice with the team!
    • $100 per player to play in the Spring High School League -- includes MÜS Registration fee and two jerseys (light and dark).
    • $36 USA Ultimate youth membership required to play in spring league and tournaments.
  • Practices:
    • Outdoor Practices begin March 19, 2017
    • Practices will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 3:30-5:30.
    • Primary Location: Minikahda Vista Park: W. 39th St. & Inglewood Ave S., St Louis Park MN 55416
      •  NOTE: we will start the season at Martin Luther King Park (40th & Nicollet -- bus info) and move to Minikahda Vista Park (W. 39th St. & Inglewood Ave S., St Louis Park MN 55416) when field conditions allow.
    • Watch for TeamSnap notifications for the latest information on practice times and locations.
  • Spring Season​ Games
    • The high school ultimate season starts the first week of April and runs through May (culminating with the state tournament in June). Detailed schedule information will be posted in TeamSnap as it becomes available.
    • Games are generally held on Tuesday evenings for girls and Thursday evening for boys at a variety of parks in the area (see below). You can check the game schedule on the Minnesota Ultimate web site, however rescheduled game information won't be updated there. Check TeamSnap for the latest information.
  • Tournaments:
    • Feb. 17, St. John's 5v5 indoor. Completed waiver is required to play (must be signed by a parent).
    • April 28-29, Matoska Classic (White Bear Lake) *** probably not ***
    • April 28-29 Madison Mudbath (Madison, WI -- primarily A team) 
    • May 12-13, Hopkins Hustle (NSC, Blaine -- A and B teams)
    • May 19-20, Chris Goeke Memorial (Lakeville, MN -- primarily B team) *** waitlisted ***
    • June 2-3, State Tournament (NSC, Blaine -- A and B teams)
  • Fundraising
    • Various fundraisers are held throughout the year to help pay tournament fees, subsidize the cost of jerseys, and provide scholarships.
  • Communication
    • Tracking player information and communication is done primarily through TeamSnap.
      • Make sure you can login, verify your information (phone number, email address, jersey number, gender, etc.).  
      • Add your parents and their email addresses and then click to allow shared access and send them an invitation so they can log in and get the information too.
      • Log in from your computer and choose to receive email or text notifications (and read them when they come).
      • It is important that you receive and read messages when they come as this is the only way you'll know about many MÜS activities.
      • You can download the mobile app for easy access to team information and receive push notifications.
      • Be sure to mark your availability for all games and events in TeamSnap.
    • Some general information may also be posted on the Facebook page by players, captains, parents, coaches, etc., but don't count on it!
