Concession Stands

This is a great way to help out at the school and a wonderful opportunity to meet current students, parents and faculty. Why not organize a group of friends from your class or team and all work the same day? We also encourage individuals to sign up – once you spend some time at the school, you may find new ways you would like to help.

 

In general we need three to four people to commit to work four hours. If you want to help but cannot work the full four hours, please sign up and we will find more help to fill the gaps.

 

·        One hour prior to game time: Concession set-up: Count beverages, set up snacks, get popcorn & nachos set up, get concession stand ready. Grilling also starts one hour prior to game start for prep

·        Concession Game: Work concessions during game. There is a larger crowd at half time of all events. We staff up in order to meet this rush.

·        Concession Wrap-up: Count beverages, package up food/snacks etc for next home game
