2018-2019 Scheduling Information

Note: Any/all changes requests must come from the paper form  

Requests by phone, email, or in-person cannot be accepted

Students must continue to follow their current schedule, exactly as it appears in Portal, until the class change is visible in the Student Portal schedule.

Schedule changes may take 2-3 days to complete.

 

Second Semester Schedule Change Request Information

  • All students are expected to pick up their official schedule (hard copy) in the lunchroom area before school on Monday, January 28, 2019 from 7:30-8:00am.
  • Second semester scheduling is still being finalized. All students will have the opportunity to request schedule changes when the new semester begins.
  • All students must use the schedule change request form to request changes.  Counselors are not able to accept schedule change requests via email or phone.
  • Beginning after school on January 28, 2019, schedule change request forms will be available for pick up outside of the Counseling Office. Students have the first 7 days of 2nd semester (January 28 –February 5, 2019) to submit a schedule change request form.
  • All forms must include parent/guardian signature.
  • After January 28, schedule change request forms will be available before and after school for the remaining days of the schedule change request window.
  • All schedule change forms must be submitted by 3:30pm on February 5, 2019.
  • The criteria for requesting schedule changes are outlined on the schedule change request form.  It is not always possible to honor all requests.
  • Students may not request schedule changes after the 7-day window.
