Parent Informational Meetingss are held throughout the year on a variety of topics.  Please refer to the schedule here.
PTSA Information

The PTSA Board and the Volunteer Center want to welcome you to the 2011-12 school year!

Please register for the PTSA by emailing southwestptsa@gmail.com with the following information:

Name; .Email address and telephone number.

Dues for 2011-12 are $25.  Checks can be made to SWH PTSA and sent to 3414 W 47th St., Mpls, MN 55410

These funds are used to support the students and teachers at SWHS by providing staff appreciation events, student celebrations, supplies for teachers and students in need, educational speakers for parent groups and general support as needed for staff and students.

Looking forward to next year.  Please refer to the flyer in the Student welcome packet that your student will bring home the first day of school for details.  

PTSA Guest Speaker dates for 2011-2012 have been set:

Oct 11, Jan 17 and Mar 13th.   They will continue to be on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM  in the Media Center in the East Building. Meetings are free and open to everyone--parents, teachers, and students. You do not need to be a PTSA member to attend. 

Additional Parent Informational meetings are held at the school over the course of the year by various departments.
