2017-18 Scheduling Information

Note: Any/all changes requests must come from the paper form  

Requests by phone, email, or in-person cannot be accepted

 

Process

Requests by phone, email, or in-person cannot be accepted

(1) Students may pick up a Schedule Change Request Form:

o   From outside Counseling Office only before or after school

-  Only from 7:45- 8:00am and 3:05- 3:15pm

o   Counselors will be outside Counseling Office before/after school each day within the schedule change request window

(2) Students may turn in a completed Schedule Change Request Form:

o   Outside Counseling Office

o   Forms must be turned in by 3:15pm on Friday, September 1 (Semester 1 & Full-Year classes) or Friday, February 2 (for Semester 2 only classes-- note the date change from the original February 1st, due to the one-day delay to the original start of Semester 2)

(3) Student watches Student Portal for any schedule changes that may be made by the counselors.

o   If the change requested is…

-  Possible: the change will be visible in Student Portal schedule and the new schedule may be followed as soon as the change is visible in Student Portal.

-  Not possible or form is incomplete: there will be no change in Student Portal schedule.

Students must continue to follow their current schedule, exactly as it appears in Portal, until the class change is visible in the Student Portal schedule.

Schedule changes may take 2-3 days to complete.

Counselors will be outside of the Counseling Office before/after school if students have questions about their forms’ status
