Sign-up between now and 8-7-12 for fall sports at Southwest High School, forms are available online. 

The forms are available for download on the Athletics homepage or can be picked up outside the athletic office after June 12th.

8-7-12 will be a registration day when all forms can be turned in and coaches will be made available to discuss the season.  Early registration is accepted any time between 8-2:30 M-Thur. All summer Long.

On 8-7-12 coaches and athletic staff will be available for questions between 3:30-6:30 for questions.

Also SW apparel and SW athletic passes will be available from 3:30-6:30

All Fall Sports Start 8-13-12, No Athlete will be allowed to participate in practice or tryouts until all forms and fees are turned in and processed.

Please allow 48 hours for registration forms and fee's to be processed.

*Fee’s will be refunded only in the case of Season ending injury and team cuts.  Fee’s are returned only for 15 days after teams are formed, and must be requested in the athletic office, otherwise will be considered a donation to the athletic program.  The refunds will be prorated when deemed appropriate.
