We place a high value on the pursuit of excellence and victory. We keep the pursuit of excellence enjoyable. We help and encourage each other on our quest.
We welcome difficult, goal oriented challenges. We seek out challenges that will help us better and win. We want to train and we love to race.
We thank each other, our coaches, and our parents for supporting, encouraging and appreciating us.
We express complaints solely to someone who can do something about the problem. When we voice our concerns, we also offer suggestions for corrective action.
We have no use or interest in excuses. We don't need to protect ourselves against others' opinions by making excuses before or after we perform.
Communicating with your coaches about your grades, health, and general well-being is critical.
