Cost:  free (donations accepted), plus it's a potluck!

Potluck Details:
The booster clubs will be providing hotdogs and buns. Other food is provided by players according to grade level:
- Freshmen: desserts
- Sophomore: salads (green, fruit, or pasta)
- Juniors: salads (green, fruit, or pasta)
- Seniors: bottled water in coolers of ice

There is a mandatory parent meeting during the picnic at 6:45!

It is highly recommended that all players and parents attend the Soccer Picnic … not just because it’s a fun Kick-Off event for the soccer season, but because you also get the following opportunities:

· Enjoy a delicious potluck dinner with your family! We can sit in the stands to eat, or if you want, bring along a blanket and enjoy your picnic-style dinner out on the field.

·  Meet the soccer coaching staff, and see the men’s and women’s 2011 teams.

·  Sign-up to volunteer at soccer events such as: selling concessions at home games, helping at Soccer Saturday, helping at the Banquet, organizing Senior Recognition Day, etc.

·  Make a donation to the SW Soccer Booster Club. Please – oh please – bring your checkbook!

·  Browse the “Soccer Merchandise Garage Sale”, where every item is just $5! You can go home with a t-shirt, cap, seat cushion, stretchy gloves, wrist band, or many more items!

· Receive the coveted information package of contact information, rosters, schedules, directions, photo forms, and more!

· Buy your Sports Season Pass, which gets you into conference games at a discount.

· Learn more about this years fund raising events.  All players will be required to participate.

· Mingle with the other soccer parents -- say hello to old friends and meet new ones.
