 Thank you parents!
Several parents have stepped in to help support the newly created “Supply Store” for teachers.
Our volunteer coordinator, Karen Spirov, identified the classroom supplies that teachers most frequently purchase with their own funds: white board markers, pencils, pens, paper, tissues, etc. With the help of parent donations and PTSA funds, Karen is stocking these supplies for teachersin the volunteer center. Many teachers have already been “shopping” and have expressed their appreciation for this support. To find out more, follow the Supply Store link on the Volunteering section of the Parent Page at http://southwest.mpls.k12.mn.us/Volunteering.html.
