Physics students will review math and science concepts used to study Newtonian mechanics. They will inquire into the history and nature of science, and study motion, and Newton's Laws. Students will describe the relationships among force, work, energy, and power. Students will also explore waves and sound, including amplitude, and frequency.
Assignment sheets for each day can be located on the "Calendar and Assignments" page.
Study Skills is an elective course used to prepare students for the rigors of upper-level high school courses. The course will include presentations, technology usage, hands-on activities, study time, independent reading time and time to build skills/proficiency on various subjects.
