Students will get notice by posters, PA announcements, word of mouth, classroom visits and a Facebook group that the Film Fest Committee is accepting films in four categories for the upcoming film fest. Students wanting to submit are instructed to fill out an official application and to read the official rules available on this website and in Mr. West's classroom.

A selection team consisting of Peter Molinda formerly of WCCO TV, some film students, some non film students and Mr. West, who facilitated but will not vote, will select the films to be shown and choose a winner in each category. All films selected are eligible for the audience grand prize chosen by the audience at the event.
