As a Community Partnership School (CPS), Southwest maintains a decision-making body made up of stakeholders known as the Leadership Council. The Leadership Council is responsible for hearing proposals from committees, discussing important issues within the school including the budget and equity,  ensuring that Southwest is constantly striving towards achieving its ultimate goal: ensuring that every student achieves their personal best. The Leadership Council is made up of 13 members that include staff, administration, families, and students. We are looking for 1 parents representative and three alternates who have the same responsibilities and commitments as the parent representative.  We also need parents for the committee representatives.
